Before You Arrive
Pre-Yoga Nourishment
To feel your best during practice, eat something light before arriving. Few suggestions below:
• Soaked chia seeds water + soaked nuts
• Coconut water + nuts
• Apple or banana
• Yogurt with apple or banana slices
• 1 date with a small drop of ghee
• Lightly roasted makhana
